
7.The Criteria
| NACOC is planning to use the following process and criteria. | |
| @Requirements Before giving the works of art to the Judge members, NACOC examines all of the submissions in accordance with the requirements. If a work of art doesn't meet the requirements, it will be disqualified. |

| AThe criteria The selected judge members examine the entries based on their knowledge and expericence. NACOC encourages them to use the following criteria: |

| Creativity | The most important criteria is creativity. We recognize and value that an entry was created around the concepts of originarity and individuality. We expect the entries to convey a certain sense of humor or impression. |
| Practicability | We expect that an entry will reflect the educational purposes to be used in the class. |
| Techniques | We recognize and value excellent designs and use of colour. We also recognize/value advanced technical skills. |
| Contents | We recognize and value that the entries have harmonious balance between the expression and the contents. |
